CAMPI 400 FOR SALE AND AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY!
As of 26-10-2022 this completely unused Campi 400 is for sale and immediately available at our sales marina in Sneek. Not yet used (only as a demo for viewings) so still brand new! Now for the 2024 season substantially reduced in price. The price of 125.000 is including transport (€ 9.000,00) from Poland to the Netherlands and all options you see on this boat for which is chosen (like bow thruster, floor heating etc. see below.) Excluding VAT. If you would order the boat new now with these options the price would be more than 145.000,00 euro excl VAT.
January 2024 is by the> builder RIVO the roof re-laminated and painted.
Campi is a houseboat with a steel frame, polythene floats and double glass windows. A spacious houseboat with a warm appearance, excellent price/quality ratio.
Beautiful spacious living room with large kitchen. Campi 400 has 2 bedrooms.
Special with the Campi 400 is the beautiful sturdy staircase that goes outside to the roof terrace. All around with beautiful stainless steel railings.
This houseboat is suitable as (semi) permanent residence, but especially for rental and recreation.
The price is for a Campi including 2 engines 2 x 9.9 HP, solar panels, roof terrace etc.
Chosen options are:
Besides gas heating this Campi also has an infrared floor heating for in the winter when the boat has an extra shore power connection.
Wintersafe made pipes and tanks, 2 x Y-valve for black and grey water, direct water connection as extra and also a pump for a direct connection for black water. Pleated curtains for all windows.
